For the playback sessions at Salford University, we could set up a TV vertically to play visualisers for each track. Each visualiser will be an audio generated video driven by the audio frequencies of each instrument and band member.
THe aim is to create visualisers that encompass the flowing and fluid improvisation of MARUJA. Because these visualisers will be created using an audio generative system, this could also be used in real time with the live audio data as the band play. ALlowing the band to sculpt and shift the visuals as they transition musical.
The visuals need to be an extension of the band themselves and not something that will distract from the musiciality and depth the band bring to the table.
