Fear arrested development. Arrested Development consists not in refusing to lose old things...but in failing to add new things. As creatives, designers and artists we want to strive for new things..new approaches, new skills, new knowledge.
Public display is an open platform event where trying something new in the pay off.
HOW IT WORKS
An asset pack is made by the public display team and sent out to the community. Using those assets people in the community can create and explore however they want to.
With just two aims... [ 1 ] Explore something new, whether thats, a new technique you’ve been wanting to try or a completely new skill.. [ 2 ] display your work during the public display event.
This community wants to encourage people trying new things and by putting our work on ‘public display’ we invite feedback and conversation so we can learn from each other and in turn, improve our skills, adapt our approach and hopefully come away feeling inspired.
